There is only one condition that is suitable for Recognition of Foreign Divorce. Which is when at the least on the list of spouses can be a non-Filipino. There is not any other circumstance that qualifies. I also want to talk to, is domestic violence a factor in the least in divorce~ as in, does the occurence of it give grounds for divorce?
